Sailing Lessons for Youth and Adults
at the Oak Harbor Marina

Since 2004, Oak Harbor Youth Sailing has been offering sailing lessons for kids and adults at the Oak Harbor Marina. We enjoy the support of the City of Oak Harbor Marina, Oak Harbor Yacht Club, and the Deception Pass Sail and Power Squadron.

Our program encourages participation by kids ages 9-15 for the youth classes and 16 and over for the adult classes. The kids’ lessons are on three levels. The first is a beginner level which introduces young sailors to basic sailing concepts. The intermediate level is for students who have successfully completed the beginner level. The advanced level is for students who have been pre-approved by instructors based on sailing skills from previous classes and/or experience.

Registration start date: March 24, 2012 from 10 AM – 12:00 Noon at the Oak Harbor Yacht Club in the downstairs club room.

Registration for Oak Harbor Youth Sailing will begin on Saturday, March 24, from 10 AM – 12:00 noon at the Oak Harbor Yacht Club. Anyone wishing to register a child (ages 9-15); or adults (16 and over) may do so at that time.
